Starting at $40
The fastest and cheapest option. We make mulching passes with the mower to shred the leaves down into fine pieces that fall between the grass blades and break down over winter, feeding the lawn. Nothing gets bagged and nothing leaves your property. Best for light-to-moderate leaf cover — if the leaves are piled deep, mulching alone can smother the turf, and we'll tell you if that's the case rather than take your money for the wrong service.

Everything in Tier 2, plus we load every bag and take it with us. Nothing sits at your curb, nothing waits on a city pickup schedule, and nothing is left for you to deal with. This is the option for homeowners who want the leaves genuinely gone the same day — and for neighborhoods and HOAs where bags at the curb aren't allowed or where pickup has already stopped for the season.

Pricing varies by leaf volume. Haul-away pricing includes disposal, so volume matters most here — the load has to physically fit and get dumped. Heavy tree cover, wet leaves, or a late-season backlog will adjust the price, and we confirm it before we start.

Two houses on the same street, same lot size, can be a $100 difference in leaf cleanup — and it isn't arbitrary. Here's exactly what moves the number, so you can see where your yard lands before you ever call.
Lot size sets the starting price, but tree cover sets the real one. A .20-acre lot under three mature oaks produces far more leaf material than a .40-acre lot with a couple of young maples. We price the leaves, not the square footage.
Dry leaves blow. Wet leaves mat down, stick to the turf, and have to be raked and lifted by hand. After a rainy stretch the same yard can take close to twice the labor — this is the single biggest swing factor in fall pricing.
Leaves cleared weekly stay a quick job. Leaves left for a month compress into a heavy, damp layer that has to be broken up before it can be moved. Waiting until December almost always costs more than two visits in November.
Oak leaves are thick, leathery, and slow to break down — they resist mulching and fill bags fast. Maple and ash shred easily. A yard full of oaks may need Tier 2 or 3 where a maple yard would be fine with Tier 1.
Open lawn is fast. Leaves packed into landscape beds, along fence lines, under decks, in window wells, or on a slope have to be worked out by hand. Heavily landscaped yards take longer than their acreage suggests.
Mulching costs the least because nothing leaves. Bagging adds labor and materials. Hauling adds loading, transport, and disposal fees. That's the entire reason the three tiers exist — you only pay for as far as you need it taken.
